The LIVE platform communicates some of the acts on sustainable mobility that will be made later this summer and autumn in both Catalonia and out of state. These are international events and missions where the companies and industry professionals will have new opportunities to open their business to other markets in certain countries and contact with new customers, partners or suppliers.

Formula Student Spain at the Circuit of Barcelona (Catalonia). From 28 to 31 August.

The Formula Student is a university competition that began in the 80s and that promotes innovation and R & D project by designing and building a vehicle. The competition takes place in Europe, the United States, Japan and Australia. This international event brings together the most prestigious universities around the world to compete with projects Formula type cars. This initiative is promoted by the Society of Automotive Engineers of each country, which, in turn, shape the international organization FISITA.

iMobility Challenge Barcelona (Catalonia). From 9 to 13 October.

iMobility Challenge is a European project of the seventh framework program of the EC. The FIA is leading this project and has organized several demonstration events in European cities, where a local partner for organizing the event is associated. In this call, RACC is responsible for hosting the event of the iMobility Challenge campaign in Barcelona, which will be a part of demonstrations and exhibition, and another part with a panel discussion about the connected vehicle, electric vehicle and iMobility technologies.

Mision 4Motors of Europe in Quebec (Canada). From 26 to 31 October 2014.

In the program Four Motors of Europe will participate the regions of Baden-Württemberg (Germany), Lombardy (Italy), Rhone Alpes (France) and Catalunya. At the institutional level, it is expected that the President of the Regione Lombardia represents the mission given her current role as president of the Four Motors of Europe program.

Institutional business mission in Mexico. Automotive and Motorcycle Industry, Textile and Fashion, and Pharmaceutical. From 4 to 10 July 2014.

The main objective of the mission is to establish and strengthen business relations between Catalunya and Mexico, especially in priority sectors.

Actions in the field of electric mobility in Germany. From June 30 to October 31, 2014.

Given the continuity in technological missions of 2010 and 2013, ACCIÓ organizes the 3rd edition offering continued actions to put operators and Catalan companies of this sector in contact with potential partners in Germany. The aim is to established the collaborations that allow the entry or consolidation in this market.
